Angelique Walsh earned a master’s degree from the University of Nevada Reno with a specialization in applied behavior analysis. After graduation, Angelique joined a grant-funded statewide project at the University of South Florida (USF) addressing the safety and stability of children in foster care. In her six years of involvement, she focused on training caregivers and professionals to implement behavior management techniques for improving child behavioral problems and coping with mental health disorders. At USF, Angelique worked on research projects and a group home program redesign project.
Angelique is currently the regional director of Okeechobee and Treasure Coast at Behavior Basics, Inc. There, she hires and trains RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBAs to work in homes and school settings with children with trauma and mental health disorders. Angelique is skilled at training and supervising staff, building community relations, and supervision of staff.
