Anita Li, MS, BCBA

Anita Li is currently a doctoral candidate in psychology at Western Michigan University (WMU). She received a BS in psychology from the University of Florida and an MS in applied behavior analysis from Florida Institute of Technology. Since becoming a BCBA in 2013, she has served individuals on the autism spectrum in a variety of settings. She has also held numerous consulting positions and teaching appointments at universities, both on-campus and online. She has coordinated and taught courses that enroll up to 750 students per semester.

Anita has presented over 30 papers and workshops, including invited addresses, at both national and international conferences in behavior analysis. She has served as WMU's student representative for the Association of Behavior Analysis International. In 2018, she received the All University Graduate Research and Creative Scholar award for her significant contributions to research. Anita has published her research in the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis, Behavior Analysis in Practice, Experimental and Clinical Psychopharmacology, and Behavior Analysis: Research and Practice. In addition, she has served as a guest editor for two special sections on experimental analysis of behavior for Behavior Analysis: Research and Practice. Anita’s research interests include applied behavior pharmacology, diversity issues, and instructional design.
