Chad is currently finishing his PhD in behavior analysis at Florida Institute of Technology. His research and application interests in behavior analysis include OBM in education, instructional design, parent training, and graphic display of data. Outside of work, he’s still “in-training” as a husband and father of two. Soon after graduating from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s in psychology, he began working as a behavior consultant in homes and schools and earned his BCaBA. While earning his master’s in ABA at Florida Tech, he focused on serving children with autism and adults with developmental disabilities, and later became a lead teacher and program director/principal of a school for children with autism. Additionally, he earned a BA in science education and taught honors biology at a local high school before returning to school for his doctorate. Chad has been a co-instructor with ABA Technologies and Florida Tech since 2007.
