Kristin Albert is a doctoral candidate at Florida Institute of Technology; she earned her MEd in special education from Penn State University and a BA in psychology and English from Allegheny College. Her first experiences in ABA were in 2004; she became a BCBA in 2008 while working at the Carbone Clinic. Kristin has experience in home-, community-, and center-based programs as a therapist, program supervisor, clinic-based assistant director, and consultant. Kristin has experience with a myriad of behavioral procedures and has published on the following subjects: a behavioral analysis of eye contact, interrupted chain procedures for increasing manding, joint control, instructive feedback, differential reinforcement of other behavior, and organizational behavior management in ABA settings. In several roles, she has developed systems to establish and maintain high-quality care and staff performance. Kristin is passionate about teaching others about behavior analysis and verbal behavior.
