Melissa Hale received her MA in professional behavior analysis from Florida Institute of Technology, and a BS in child and adolescent development from California State University, Fullerton. She has worked as a lead therapist, supervisor, and parent trainer in home and clinical settings. Melissa’s interest in working with children with special needs drove her to ABA working with children ages 2-16, though she now concentrates on providing early intervention services. Melissa often brings her clinical experiences and knowledge to the classroom to offer future behavior analysts a glimpse into the real-world applications of this science.
