About the Presenters: 

 

Nicole Gravina Headshot

Dr. Nicole Gravina is an expert in behavioral science and using behavior-based techniques to create positive change in organizations. Her research is focused on interventions to improve leadership behaviors, safety, self-management. Nicole has delivered presentations, workshops, and keynote addresses at national and international conferences and published numerous research articles. She earned her PhD from Western Michigan University and completed a research fellowship at Liberty Mutual Safety Research Institute.

 

Corina Jimenez Headshot

Dr. Corina Jimenez-Gomez is originally from Caracas, Venezuela and her professional interests range from choice and reinforcement processes to supporting learners and staff in applied settings, all through the lens of cultural responsiveness. The impact of her work on cultural responsiveness has been recognized with the ABAI DEI Distinguished Contributions Award and the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis Contribution of the Year Award.

 

Sleiman Headshot

Dr. Andressa Sleiman specializes in Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) and applies the science of behavior to optimize organizational dynamics, fostering productivity, safety, and staff satisfaction. With a prolific publication record boasting over 20 articles and book chapters in reputable scientific journals, Andressa is a regular speaker at conferences and organizations,  engaging audiences of academics and practitioners alike. Her research and applied endeavors revolve around pivotal areas such as behavioral safety, healthcare procedural adherence, and leadership development.

 

Breanne Headshot

Dr. Breanne Hartley is a leader in the field of behavior analysis, speaking nationally on topics highlighting ways in which clinicians can effectively structure clinical work in practical settings. She co-authored the book, The Training Curriculum for Supervisors of ABA Technicians in Autism Programs and has over 20 years of experience working with patients on the autism spectrum and their families. For the majority of her career, she has functioned at the executive-level within Applied Behavior Analysis organizations which has given her the opportunity to design and lead the implementation of systems, procedures, and treatment of individuals with autism across the life-span. 

 

Brodhead Headshot

Dr. Matthew T. Brodhead is recognized within the academic community as a leader in the area of behavioral treatments for autism and as one of the foremost experts in the areas of ethics and professionalism in the practice of applied behavior analysis. Dr. Brodhead currently serves as an associate editor for the Journal of Behavioral Education, Behavior Analysis in Practice, and the Journal of Developmental and Physical Disabilities.

 

Sarah Headshot

Dr. Sarah Lichtenberger earned her PhD in Behavior Analysis from Western Michigan University. She completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Kennedy Krieger Institute in the Neurobehavioral Unit Outpatient Clinic. She has 10 years of clinical experience, specifically with a focus on early intervention and severe interfering behavior. She has held positions as a senior clinician at Trumpet Behavior Health, as the Director of Clinical Standards at Verbal Beginnings, and as the Ethics Education Manager and Assistant Director of Ethics at the Behavior Analyst Certification Board®. She has been a guest reviewer for Behavior Analysis in Practice and is an Ethics Subject Matter Expert for the APBA.

 

Katie Nicholson HeadshotDr. Katie Nicholson’s interests in behavior analysis include the conceptual analysis of behavior, assessment and treatment of children with developmental disabilities, staff training and performance management, systems analysis in human services settings, and social justice and persuasion. She has over 20 years of clinical experience in focused and comprehensive intensive behavioral intervention for individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other disorders (age 1-87) across a wide variety of settings (public school, private school, university-based clinic, hospital, community, home).

 

Betz HeadshotDr. Alison Betz, VP of Clinical Product Development and Senior Consultant, holds a PhD from Utah State University and having completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Munroe-Meyer Institute, she brings a wealth of academic rigor and practical expertise to her work. Teaching from verbal behavior to organizational behavior management (OBM) at Florida Institute of Technology, some of her primary research includes clinical interests, such as behavior-based safety, supervision and leadership. Through her work at ABA Technologies she continues to drive innovation, providing cutting-edge solutions to individuals and organizations seeking to effect positive behavioral change.
