Carrington Grossman

Carrington brings with her more than 20 years’ of experience as an instructional-design and learning-solution consultant for clients such as Cisco, Deloitte, Porsche, Tiffany & Co., US Department of Education, Wyeth, and Xerox.

She has great experience in learning needs analysis, client relationships, and leading complex learning projects.

Carrington will primarily manage learning solution design and development for ABA clinical B2B engagements, such as RBT 3.0.

Carrington has a degree from Virginia Tech, is based in Virginia, and will become an official full-timer April 7, 2025.
