All claims deemed an error by ABA Technologies, Inc., will be replaced or refunded.

Exceptions and Exclusions: 

Online Courses/CEs 

If you experience an issue with an ABA Technologies Academy ® course after 14 days of purchasing the course, please complete a support ticket below: 

ABA Tech Academy Support Ticket

  • If you have accessed all the course material (i.e., all content prior to the completion survey) ABA Technologies will not be able to issue a refund.
  • If ABA Technologies cannot resolve the issue within 5 business days of the notification of the issue, students who have not submitted the course completion survey may request a refund, or they may request a free course extension by completing a support ticket.
  • Certificates of completion are automatically e-mailed to participants within 30 minutes of course completion (i.e., after submitting the Course Completion Survey at the end of the course). If you experience an issue with your certificate, please complete a support ticket. REMINDER: As the ACE Provider, ABA Technologies, Inc. has 45 days from a participant's completion of a course to deliver the certificate to the participant.

Physical Products 

  • Qualified products may be refunded or exchanged if the item is unopened, unused, and undamaged upon receipt.
  • Qualifying products that have not been received within 14 days of initiating the return, will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Refund requests of damaged items will require proof of damage, such as photos. 

Returning an Order 

  • A return label will be issued to be placed in the shipping package, where applicable. 
  • The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of the applicable order unless we determine it has been our error.  
  • The correct item must be returned within 14 days to receive a refund or exchange. 
  • If replacement of qualifying items is not available, a refund to the original method of payment will be issued. 
  • It can take up to 5-7 business days for a credit to be issued once the item is returned.
  • It can take up to an additional 3-5 business days for a credit to appear on the bank statement.

Lost Packages 

  • Packages lost in transit and not delivered, will require ABA Technologies Inc., to submit a claim with the carrier. 
  • Packages not received by customer showing “delivered” by carrier will require the customer to submit a claim with the appropriate carrier. 

Incorrect Address 

  • If the customer provided an incorrect address at checkout resulting in eligible products returned to our warehouse, the customer will be responsible for all additional shipping costs.
  • If the customer did not provide correct address during checkout and products show as delivered, the customer will be responsible for any replacement orders.

  • ABA Technologies, Inc. reserves the right to change or modify the Refund/Exchange Policy at any time.  The customer is responsible to be aware of what the current refund/exchange policy is.
  • There may be circumstances which will require ABA Technologies, Inc. to interpret its policy based on a particular circumstance. ABA Technologies, Inc. reserves the right to interpret what the refund/exchange policy is for any given situation or circumstance. At its sole discretion, ABA Technologies, Inc. may apply exceptions to its refund/exchange policy as it deems appropriate.All refund/exchange policy decisions and/or interpretations made by ABA Technologies, Inc. are final.
