If there is an issue with a product purchased from ABA Technologies, Inc., please submit the online form in this policy within 15 days of the purchase date. Claims deemed an error by ABA Technologies will be replaced or refunded.

PLEASE NOTE: Not all items qualify for a refund or exchange.

Exceptions and Exclusions

eBooks 

  • If you are not satisfied with your eBook purchase, a refund can be processed within 5 days of the purchase date.

SAFMEDS/Fluency Flashcards

  • If unopened, can be returned within 15 days of receipt.

Other qualified products

  • May be refunded or exchanged if unopened, unused, and undamaged upon receipt. Qualified products not received within 15 days of initiating the return will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Refund requests for damaged items will require proof of damage, such as photos.

Physical Print-on-demand Products

  • Print on Demand (POD) refers to the process of printing items as they are ordered rather than having inventory. Note: Our instructional handbooks are updated every semester according to the ABA Online program.

  • Print-on-demand items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. These include workbooks, handbooks, planners, etc. 

  • Note: Print-on-demand items take 3-5 business days to print before shipping. Please allow for both printing and shipping when placing your online order.

  • If you do not receive your order within ten (10) business days, please email your order inquiry, with your order confirmation number to: orders@abatechnologies.com

Online Courses/CEs 

  • If you experience an issue with an ABA Technologies Academy course after 15 days of purchasing the course, please complete a support ticket below.

  • If ABA Technologies cannot resolve the issue within five (5) business days of the notification, and you have not submitted the course completion survey, you may request a refund or a free course extension.

  • If you have accessed the course material, ABA Technologies will not be able to issue a refund.

  • Certificates of completion are automatically emailed to participants within 30 minutes of course completion, i.e., after submitting the Course Completion Survey at the end of the course. REMINDER: As the ACE Provider, ABA Technologies, Inc. has 45 days from a participant's completion of a course to deliver the certificate to the participant.

Returning an Order 

  • A return label will be issued to be placed inside the shipping package, where applicable.

  • The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of the applicable order unless we determine it has been our error.

  • The correct items must be returned within 15 days for a refund or exchange.

  • If a replacement of qualifying items is not available, a refund to the original method of payment will be issued.

  • It can take an additional 3-5 business days for a credit to appear on the bank statement.

Lost Packages 

  • Packages lost in transit and not delivered will require ABA Technologies to submit a claim with the carrier.

  • Packages not received by the customer showing “delivered” by the carrier will require the customer to submit a claim with the appropriate carrier.

Incorrect Address 

  • If the customer provided an incorrect address at checkout, resulting in eligible products being returned to our warehouse, the customer would be responsible for all additional shipping costs.

  • If the customer provided an incorrect address at checkout and the order shows delivered, the customer will be responsible for a replacement order.

Miscellaneous

  • ABA Technologies reserves the right to change or modify the Refund/Return Policy at any time. The customer is responsible for being aware of the current policy.

  • There may be circumstances that will require ABA Technologies to interpret its policy based on a particular circumstance. ABA Technologies reserves the right to interpret the refund/exchange policy for any given situation or circumstance. At its sole discretion, ABA Technologies may apply exceptions to its refund/exchange policy as it deems appropriate. All refund/exchange policy decisions and/or interpretations made by ABA Technologies are final.
