Join Dr. Nasiah Cirincione-Ulezi as she brings on special guest Rashida Biera, MA, BCBA, founder of Hue-Man Expressions. They will share a heavy focus on community, especially as people of color. This can come in different forms as a professional. We may find our community with other behavior analysts, it may come from other professions we interact with, or a combination of the two. To succeed as a behavior analyst, we need to identify and cultivate a community.
