This is an introductory behavioral safety course. It includes a review of basic behavior analytic concepts applied to safety for behavior analysts who are new to this application. Organizations must protect the health and safety of all associates. Behavioral safety science offers some simple methods for analyzing, building, and sustaining habits needed to safeguard all associates from harm-- from slips, trips, and falls to infectious diseases. Added advantage: these methods apply to any safety precaution behaviors, whether from an already existing protocol or a response to a new risk. These methods are a “multi-tool” for building and sustaining all safety behaviors in the workplace.
