Adam Hockman

Adam Hockman, chief learning architect, focuses on adding new educational technologies and instructional design methods to the company’s expanding range of products. He plays a pivotal role in building learning and performance systems and corporate training programs that improve the capabilities of professionals across industries.
Adam’s background includes work as a research associate with the Mechner Foundation in New York, where he collaborated with Dr. Francis Machner in developing educational technologies and implementing behavior-analytic practices in a private school setting. He was also part of a team of clinicians and technologists who developed ONtraCK, an educational platform for pediatric cancer patients. Adam is the founder of the Wider Reach Incubator, a project to help students, faculty, and practitioners write about behavior.
He has a master's degree in behavior analysis and co-authored the book “The New Values-Based Safety” with Terry McSween. He is dedicated to using his expertise in behavior analysis and instructional design, combined with precise measurement techniques, to improve results in strategic projects.
