Our course combines 10-12 hours of interactive, self-paced training with live coaching to create a robust learning experience. Our asynchronous training modules teach the principles of organizational behavior science and specific strategies for change, while our live coaching helps solidify the learning and apply the concepts to applied projects that you identify.
