Nick Matey is senior vice president of operations, and focuses on internal processes and delivery for company initiatives. In our business partnerships, he provides specific consultancy and subject matter expertise on topics of safety and process analysis/design. He is a key figure in helping clients achieve their desired outcomes by organizing teams for success.

Beyond his immediate responsibilities, Nick’s experience spans organizational effectiveness, leadership development, safety leadership, process improvement, applied research, and experimental research. Past industries include oil and gas, manufacturing, hospitals and human services, clinical trials, and software. His research work has been published in the areas of safety, process engineering, Lean Six Sigma, behavior analysis, translational research, and feedback/conversations. He's an accomplished speaker/presenter and has served in all sizes of business from small to Fortune 30—experience he uses to help appropriately size and scale the learning solutions we offer.

Nick holds a PhD in Psychology and a master’s degree in Behavior Analysis and Organizational Behavior Management. His greatest professional passion is improving and enhancing each team member's experience at work.
