Janet Emmendorfer is a learning and performance psychologist with over 20 years of experience in learning, instructional design, and organizational development. 

She has worked with both internal and external clients across various industries, including automotive, banking, energy, engineering, higher education, pharmaceuticals, professional services, and technology. 

As Chief Learning Architect at ABA Technologies, Janet leads learning strategies, services, and solutions that drive sustained behavior change, helping clients improve lives and build thriving workplaces. 

She holds a PhD in psychology (behavior analysis) from West Virginia University and is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®), a Prosci®-certified change management practitioner, and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
