Alison Betz is vice president of clinical product development and a senior consultant in the clinical and fleet areas of business. In her dual roles, she builds networks, works to understand industry needs, and crafts solutions to critical challenges facing clients. Additionally, she heads up B2B sales and delivers a suite of services, including program and safety assessments, leadership coaching, consulting, and process and systems design. 

She has deep academic and industry experience in applied behavior analysis, behavioral safety, and organizational behavior management. She currently runs her own consulting company (Betz Behavioral Consulting). In previous roles, she held leadership positions at clinical ABA organizations, taught in ABA graduate programs, and served as executive director of OBM Network. 

Alison holds a PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis, a PhD in Disabilities Discipline and a master’s degree in Psychology with an emphasis in OBM and ABA. She has also completed a post-doctoral fellowship at UNMC’s Center for Autism and Related Disorders.
