Content Contributor

ABA Tech is continuously recruiting for part-time, hourly, Content Contributors.  

Salary Ranges:  $25 to $35 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis or related field
• BCBA certification in good standing preferred
• 3+ years’ experience teaching behavior analysis
• Experience writing and teaching behavior analytic content, including writing storyboard and test questions
• Strong grasp on the concepts and principles of behavior analysis and its applications
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles

General Description

The Content Contributor will lend their knowledge and skills to develop curriculum for instructional and assessment programs in behavior analysis.  This position must have writing skills free of grammatical and stylistic errors and have experience writing assessment questions and feedback.  This is a part-time (29 hours or less per week), hourly position.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Write assessment questions, instructional scripts, knowledge checks, and course copy.
• Write realistic scenarios and example sets to use for practice in the course.
• Review and analyze behavior analytic literature to determine information to include in example sets.
