Terry Enlow

Terry is the Senior Client Partner, Growth Initiatives who is responsible for relationships with key accounts as well as large and mid-size accounts across the US and EMEA. Terry has a consulting background and looks to build solutions to complex business issues impacting workforce requirements.  Having worked and lived abroad (London) he has supported 100+ companies in 40 countries during his career, he leverages his experience as a strategic partner to help his clients maximize their talent investments and achieve return on investment for the business stakeholders.

Terry also is a strategic business partner who works as a consultative advisor and listens closely to help his customers identify the best solutions for achieving business goals.  ABA Technologies is a pioneering force in the science of learning, using research-based behavior analysis to create effective learning solutions.

Terry leverages 35-years of diverse career experiences including senior leader in specialty retail having worked on expansion projects across the US, fix it and turnaround specialist as well as his experience as a recruiting leader in a financial services organization.  

Terry joined ABA Technologies in 2023 from a professional services organization where he spend 11-years assisting customers in aligning their talent strategies to their business strategy, developing competency frameworks, implementing succession planning strategies, assessment and coaching for hi-potentials and team effectiveness for senior teams for Fortune 50 – Fortune 1,000 companies globally with workforces ranging from 3,000 – 100,000 employees. 

Terry earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Masters in Organizational Development from Concordia University in St. Paul, MN.  He currently resides in San Francisco, CA.
