Senior Project Manager

General Description
The Senior Project Manager will lead a team of project managers and oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects. The Senior Project Manager will take ownership of improving and implementing process changes. Responsibilities include managing project managers, optimizing processes, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with ABA Tech objectives.  This is a full-time (40-hour per week),  salaried, exempt position.

Salary Range:  $110,000 - $130,000 (commensurate with experience)

This position works remotely within the United States.

Minimum Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s degree project management, or related field; masters’ degree preferred
•    5+ years prior project management experience, including full product lifecycle understanding
•    Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
•    Solid organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
•    Process oriented
•    Flexible, responsive, and ability to resolve conflicts constructively
•    Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
•    Proficient in all MS Office programs, Google Drive, and Dropbox
•    Working knowledge of project management tools and CRM systems, such as Salesforce, Workday, Monday.com, HubSpot, etc.
•    Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities or as part of a team
•    Strong aptitude for learning new systems and approaches

Key Competencies and Skills
•    Understand interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs
•    PMI or PMP certification a plus
•    Management skills
•    Coaching or mentoring skills 

Major Duties and Responsibilities
•    Develop project plans that identify resource and budgetary needs
•    Lead and manage a team of project managers
•    Design and refine project and delivery processes and implement changes
•    Create visibility into project progress, budgets, risks, and issues
•    Facilitate the completion of projects by coordinating the activities of the team
•    Delegate tasks to individual Project Managers, setting clear standards for their work
•    Oversee the allocation of resources to ensure projects are delivered on time
•    Ensure projects are delivered within the specified time and cost constraints
•    Procure and manage adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframes
•    Identify and manage risks that could impact the project’s delivery
•    Handle changes to the project and ensure they are delivered on time
•    Ensure that teams are motivated to meet project milestones and goals
•    Develop and deliver progress reports to senior leaders
•    Advise and support project staff to resolve technical or operational issues
