Cathy Irizarry

Cathy has over 18 years of Human Resources experience in both higher education and corporate HR. Prior to joining ABA Tech, Cathy worked for Florida Institute of Technology, with over 20 years of service.  In her most recent position there, she was Manager of Academic Operations and her responsibilities included academic budget oversight, director of faculty records, and SACS accreditation responsibilities. She is also an Adjunct Faculty member for Florida Tech Online and teaches HR Management classes at the undergraduate level. 

Cathy graduated from Florida Institute of Technology with a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration/Management.
