Kira Flynn

Kira Flynn received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Kansas where she double-majored in Applied Behavioral Science and Psychology. While at the University of Kansas, Kira assisted with many applied research projects in behavior analysis and child development. Kira also participated in an undergraduate practicum, where she provided one-on-one behavioral intervention to children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities. Currently, Kira is pursuing her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and Organizational Behavior Management at Florida Institute of Technology. Her primary interests are in performance management and staff training in human service settings, diversity, equity and inclusion, ethics in behavior analysis, and the assessment and treatment of problem behavior.
