Georgiana Koyama is dedicated to diversity, equity, mentorship, and societal progress. She has dedicated her career to driving initiatives that promote ethical practice and excellence within the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis. As Founder & CEO of All Behaviour Consultancy, she’s spent the last 13 years of her career leading a team committed to using evidence-based interventions to transform lives and promote inclusivity for neurodivergent individuals and their families.
After co-founding Shaping Leaders, Georgiana recently established the Shaping Leaders Foundation to nurture a new generation of visionary Black leaders through mentorship, education, and advocacy. Through fundraising and collaborating with other organisations, Shaping Leaders Foundation aims to foster leadership excellence and social impact for Black behaviour practitioners.
A passionate international keynote speaker, Georgiana motivates audiences globally to take significant action. Georgiana encourages audiences to lead in accordance with their values and in service of the communities they serve.
Georgiana serves on various Advisory Boards, supporting initiatives that promote education, equity, and inclusion. She is a staunch advocate for the rights of young girls and women, tirelessly raising awareness and funds to support victims of sexual gender-based violence in Sierra Leone, West Africa.
