Nasiah Cirincione-Ulezi, Ed.D., BCBA, LBA is a visionary leader, educator, and behavior analyst with a passion for equity, inclusion, and cultural humility in practice. She is the CEO and Founder of ULEZI, LLC, where she leads a team providing ABA services to young children and develops training programs focused on compassionate, culturally responsive care. With over two decades of experience spanning special education, higher education, and applied behavior analysis, Dr. Cirincione-Ulezi has held roles as a professor, administrator, consultant, and court-appointed advocate.

She is a nationally recognized speaker, having delivered keynote presentations and workshops on leadership, ethics, supervision, and diversity at conferences across the country. Her research and published work highlight the barriers to leadership for Black women in behavior analysis and advocate for systemic change. Dr. Cirincione-Ulezi holds a doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction from Loyola University Chicago, along with multiple advanced degrees and certifications in special education and ABA. She serves on several national boards and was honored with the 2022 Sam M. Turner Innovation Award by Black Applied Behavior Analysts.
