Cledia Caberlon speaks fluent Portuguese and will graduate with a Master’s degree in OBM from Florida Tech in July 2019. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Westfield State University in Massachusetts, where she studied Psychology and Ethnic and Gender Studies. After receiving her bachelor's degree, Cledia worked at the New England Center for Children for two years where she worked directly with adults with developmental disabilities and helped train new employees. This is Cledia’s second semester at ABA Technologies. Cledia's research interests include behavioral coaching, performance management, training, and developing systems/processes.
