April Rowland earned her undergraduate degree from Ringling College of Art and Design in 2009 and her Master of Science in applied behavior analysis from Florida Institute of Technology in 2016. She works on the curriculum and instruction team for ABA Technologies, Inc., and has been a co-instructor for the FIT ABA Online program since 2016.
April primarily works on applying the principles of applied behavior analysis to the development of instructional and training materials. She has been involved in research projects on assessing feedback preferences of employees, examining the effects of rules on the efficacy of reinforcer magnitude, and teaching creativity using fluency-based instruction.
