Marketing Manager

Pay Range:  $95,000 - $115,000 annually.

Minimum Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field; MBA in marketing preferred
•    5 years of experience in B2B marketing
•    2+ years of experience leading marketing teams; experience leading teams with graphic designers preferred
•    Proven success designing and executing marketing strategies and programs at the market, and product level
•    Advanced ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize activity based on data/trends
•    Fluency using HubSpot tools and HubSpot automations
•    Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
•    Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
•    Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
•    Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
•    Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
•    Strong analytical and problem solving skills
•    Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Major Duties and Responsibilities
•    Oversees the daily workflow of the marketing department
•    Create quarterly and annual go-to-market plans aligned with broader business goals
•    Lead the execution of individual campaigns from start to finish
•    Create tools that enable the sales team to succeed
•    Own marketing dashboards and data, translate information into actionable communication
•    Lead, manage, mentor, and develop team of marketing content creators and graphic designers
•    Work with sales staff and others to generate ideas for advertising campaigns
•    Develops and places product advertising 
•    Help to maximize profits and market share while ensuring customer satisfaction
•    Conduct market research, sales forecasting, and strategic planning to assess and ensure the sale and profitability of products
•    Conduct pricing research and analysis to ensure competitive product and service pricing
•    Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in the market
•    Analyzes and evaluates financial aspects of product development
•    Negotiates contracts for services needed to execute a marketing strategy
