Sales Account Executive
Overview
ABA Tech is seeking a full-time, results-driven, Sales Account Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and proactive doer who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales lifecycle—from prospecting and lead qualification through closing and account growth. You will work closely with marketing to align messaging and generate pipeline, and with sales operations to optimize processes and tools that support your success.
Location
This position works remotely within the United States, with a preference to those located in the following states: California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia.
Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 (annually), commensurate with experience + Commission

Minimum Qualifications
● 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in Learning and Development, ABA Therapy, Fleet Management, or SaaS environments.
● Proven track record of success in managing full sales cycles and consistently meeting or exceeding quotas.
● Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, especially marketing and operations.
● Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
● Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
● Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable to changing priorities.
● Bachelor's degree required; background in behavioral science, education, or related fields is a plus.
● Travel: Up to 25%
Key Responsibilities
● Own and manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, discovery, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
● Identify and pursue new business opportunities across higher education, professional training and development, and organizational markets.
● Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging, leverage campaigns, and provide feedback for lead generation strategies.
● Partner with sales operations to improve pipeline visibility, streamline CRM usage, and optimize sales reporting.
● Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM (HubSpot).
● Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to help shape product and service offerings.
● Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
