Cathy Irizarry

Cathy is the HR Manager and came to us from Florida Institute of Technology where she had over 20 years of service. Her positions while there were in the Office of the SVP/Provost, the Office of the EVP/Provost, and in Human Resources. In her most recent position as Manager of Academic Operations, she was responsible for many responsibilities handled in the office of the SVP/Provost office, such as faculty contracts, budget oversight for all academic units, and faculty SACS accreditation compliance as well as serving on numerous committees. Cathy has over 14 years of Human Resources experience in both higher education and corporate HR. She continues to be an Adjunct faculty for Florida Tech Online and teaches HR Management classes at the undergrad level. 

Cathy graduated from Florida Institute of Technology with a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration/Management.
