Janet Emmendorfer

Janet Emmendorfer is a learning and performance psychologist with more than 20 years’ experience in learning, instructional design, and organizational development.
She has served internal and external clients in automotive, banking, energy, engineering, higher education, pharmaceuticals, professional services, and technology.
As Chief Learning Architect at ABA Technologies, Janet is responsible for learning strategies, services, and solutions that enable our clients to create sustained behavior change that improves lives and creates thriving workplaces.
Janet holds a PhD in psychology (behavior analysis) from West Virginia University. She is also a Sr Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®), Prosci®-certified change management practitioner, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
