Nick is a behavioral scientist who leverages both professional and research experience to achieve positive organizational results. He has demonstrated professional success in operations, safety, and consulting within a wide range of industries, including healthcare, human service settings, and manufacturing among others.
Nick’s research focuses on understanding and improving organizational systems and processes. He has published numerous research articles on the topics of Lean Management, feedback, performance scorecards, worker health and safety, and more.
As Chief of Staff at ABA Technologies, Inc., Nick provides support to the leadership team by prioritizing opportunities and overseeing the implementation and execution of strategic initiatives. Nick earned a Master of Science degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and Organizational Behavior Management from Florida Tech and his Ph.D. from the University of Florida.
