Ari Lipton

Ari Lipton is currently pursuing their master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at the Florida Institute of Technology. Ari obtained her bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary Neuroscience with a minor in Leadership Studies and Psychology at Christopher Newport University. She first developed her passion for behavior analysis through her five years of experience working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in behavioral clinics. Ari’s current professional interests include applying behavior analytic principles to achieve socially significant outcomes in the areas of Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI). As a graduate research assistant, Ari has primarily worked with undergraduate students to disseminate a behavior analytic account of implicit bias, interpersonal discrimination, and the cultural selection processes of systemic oppression.
