Riley will gain her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and Organizational Behavior Management from the Florida Institute of Technology this summer. She holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Riley has worked as an intern at ABA Technologies Inc., gaining experience with various projects in data analysis, marketing, operations, project management, etc. Excited to expand her knowledge in OBM, she is particularly interested in applying behavior analysis to project management and plans to pursue a career in this area after graduation.
