This course is for leaders and teams working in clinical environments who want to systematically improve organizational performance in meaningful ways.

Approximately 10-12 hours of interactive self-paced training, including:

Examples and exercises from a range of business opportunities.
Practice collaborating on a full performance journey scenario with ACME Behavioral Services.
Live coaching to support hands-on practice as your team completes the training program.
Optional project coaching support:
