Maddie Duke

Maddie Duke received her Master's of Science degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and Organizational Behavior Management from Florida Institute of Technology in July 2023. She previously received a Bachelor’s degree in Family Studies with a minor in Autism Studies from Utah Valley University.  Her applied experience includes several years working with autistic teens and adults. She has received several research awards for her thesis project investigating cheerleading safety and as the lead investigator on a research project looking at diversity and inclusion statements in large organizations. Maddie loves discussing complex ethics scenarios, making data-based decisions, and interpreting pop culture and fashion through a behavior analytic lens.
