Sebastian Jimenez

Sebastian Jimenez received a masters in Applied Behavioral Analysis and Organizational Behavior Management from Florida Tech in 2022. Sebastian's interest in behavior analysis started during undergrad at the University of Florida, learning under Dr. Iser DeLeon. His passion for the science of behavior grew with his desire to increase his repertoire in the field. Sebastian worked as an RBT for over 3 years with clinics across the state of Florida. As a graduate student, he was an internal consultant with ABA Technologies where he worked on a variety of projects including creating content for online media outlets, generating instructional and assessment materials, and evaluating employee performance. Some of his main interests in the field include instructional design, performance management, and process improvement.
