The Lift 003 | Understanding Past Influences and Their Effect on You as A Supervisor
This podcast describes the importance of understanding your learning history with prior supervisors and influencers. There are several benefits of reflection on your past experiences with supervisors, mentors, coaches . . . good, bad, and ugly. The podcast describes an activity for exploring past influences to identify your values and design your actions as a supervisor. In addition, the listener is guided through an activity for identifying future development goals and seeking influencers and mentors to help them achieve those goals.

This course is recommended for BCaBA, BCBA, and students of behavior analysis who will be or are currently receiving supervision.
