Leaders often find there is not enough time to complete their work. Feeling like there is always more to do can lead to dissatisfaction and burnout. In this talk, Nicole will describe some practical strategies and tools for organizing time and work, including employing self-management tools, forecasting time, meeting audits, and plate spinning. She will also discuss ways to build flexibility for unexpected events into your schedule. Attendees should have their to-do list and calendar in front of them, so they can practice applying the tools during the presentation.
