Abstract
This course is designed to follow the Design Team course. The steering committee is the team responsible for implementing the plan you carefully designed with your design team.
This course will explain the roles and duties assigned to each member of the steering committee, walk you through the different components of a meeting agenda template, and demonstrate how your steering committee guides the safety observation and feedback process to analyze quality data and address barriers to safe behavior with reinforcement and communication.
